The Tomato Clownfish is an anemone fish often associated with the bubble-tip anemone that sports bulbous tips on its tentacles. Males are bright red or orange all their lives. Females turn dark brown on the sides as they mature.
Underwater photographer and sea life artist
I fell in love with the underwater world while snorkeling in St. Thomas, the gateway isle of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Caribbean, almost 50 years ago. Since then, I have traveled all over the world to many dive destinations including the Bahamas, Bonaire, Belize, Sudan, the Philippines, the Red Sea, Australia, the Maldives and Truk Lagoon.
Over the years, I preserved memories of the marvelous underwater creatures I encountered with my Nikonos cameras. I have a treasure trove of photos of exotic fish, crabs, starfish, sea horses and other critters. Those photos, and a collection of my drawings, decorate the note cards, coffee cups, posters and t-shirts, etc. which are for sale here in my Scubaport Etsy store. Enjoy.
